Guan's team is very responsible, efficient and supportive! They not only focus on the projects you need help with, but also give constructive suggestions and their hands on other parts where your home does need to improve for free! For example, I am planning to run a home based preschool, safety is the number 1 rule for the whole house improvement, Guan understands my concern and even helps build up 2 small doors for my side porch in order to better take care of kids, for free! Very nice, and awesome work! I strongly recommend his team, trust worthy!

Juan and his assistant carpenter did an outstanding job of creating an entry hatch into the crawlspace under our front porch. The hatch looks just right, and functions well. We definitely plan to use JLP Remodeling again in the future.

Juan and a partner did a great job on a repair to porch posts that had developed dry rot. He refreshed the caulk, sanded and painted, and it looks brand new. Easy to work with and very responsible.

Juan did a great job in sanding an older Ipe (hardwood) deck and preparing the deck for finishing. The deck took a beating this winter and many of the boards had tannin stains. While the tannin stains were not completely removed, Juan did exactly what was needed and I asked for. Once I started to put on the oil finish, you could easily see the difference. It was great to work with Juan.
