Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for a company that has a good reputation as being a reliable and honest company. Make sure they answer their phones in a professional manner and can articulate technical explanations in simple terms. You need someone who can explain your problem and present the solution in a easily understandable manner.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Google is your friend, use Google to research the problem your having. If it is something more serious then your average minor bug give the professionals a call. There's a good chance you could mess things up even more and you may even loose critical data.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How much do you charge? Is their any transportation and/or other various * surprise* fees that I should know about? Can you quote me the price before we begin work?

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I get to work with a variety of people who just need help getting a general understanding of how their technology works. What good is a $1200 computer setup if they don't know how to use their technology? I enjoy educating users on how to efficiently manage and utilize all of their new technology.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q: My computers broken, how much is it going to cost to fix it.
A: I charge $35/hr for all services, usual jobs take 1-3 hours to complete.
