Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Working with Entrepreneurs who know they need to market their business but are too busy actually running the business to spend the time it takes to create a coordinated brand identity and then plan and implement an effective Advertising strategy.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Experience is crucial. Next interview several providers. You'll be hiring an advisor - someone who will get to know you and your business imtimately - so you'll want someone you feel comfortable with and with whom you can build a rapport.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. During the recession of the 1970s the Dow Jones company conducted a years long study of Marketing and Advertising done by large and small companies. What they found was that those companies that had decreased the Marketing and Advertising budgets came out less profitable than those companies who either maintained or increased their marketing and advertising budgets.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. You should best contact me before starting a business. Having a good brand identity and Marketing plan will give your business a tremendous boost. If you're already in business then call me and I can help you clearly identify your brand and create and implement an effective advertising plan for you.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Entrepreneurs are my kind of people. By far it is the small business that employs more people, and accomplishes more for our local communities than large corporations. I love their spirit, their courage, and general outlook on life. It is a pleasure working with such people!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I started wanting to be a DJ but soon found that my talents lay in Radio Advertising sales. From that simple realization began my interest and work with Entrepreneurs.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Pay your dues. Effective Marketing and Advertising requires familiarity with all forms of media as well as a firm understanding of how people use media. This takes years so put in the years. Then create a unique approach that will answer a need.
