- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge around $175 to $200 for under 2000 square feet. If you want to add a walkthrough video, the price is $100 more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm willing to explain my services and pricing in detail to new customers. When you look at the beautiful homes in my sample photos, also keep in mind that your home does not have to be furnished or as attractive. I have photographed many homes small and large, and in many price ranges in the Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, WA area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly self taught. I've spent many hours in the field and reading books etc. I also read about photography on the internet and watch videos to expand my education and photography techniques.
