FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest for a reason. We offer competitive, fair pricing, but we do not try to be the lowest bid, as we don't perform poor quality work. Our pricing accurately reflects the quality of work perform and level of care we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a site visit will be necessary to provide an accurate quote. While we prefer to have someone present for the estimate, it is not necessary and can be done without anyone needing to be home. During this site visit you will meet with our ISA Certified Arborist and the one performing the work. You will know exactly what to expect, and the final will result will be just that. After the site visit a quote will be texted and emailed over which can then be signed and approved digitally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have trained underneath some of the best Arborists, Fellers, and Climbers in country. Our Certified Arborist achieved the ISA Certified Arborist and Tree Risk Assessment credential through the International Society of Arboriculture. We follow ANSI guidelines, not only the minimal OSHA requirements. This ensures safety for both ourselves and your property.
