My fiance and I went to Tracie last year February to help us quit smoking. We pulled up both smoking our "last smoke" and walked in ready for the unknown. We did the session together and walked out kinda in disbelief. Usually we would be going for the cigarette and here we are not even wanting one. It's now been 1 year and we both have not smoked even once! He used to smoke 1 - 2 packs a day and I was about half a pack to 1 a day. We are both proud of the accomplishment and are very grateful to Tracie.
I have since gone back for help with living healthier. This has helped as I used to not remember to eat during my busy day and now I eat and really try to make healthier choices. Still a work in progress. But it has helped!

A. My practice is unique in the sense that I use intuitive processes to help locate where the individual is stuck or struggling. There are times when people come in not knowing what they want to have happen in a session and walk out healing a part of them they had forgotten about and stuffed away. It is a fast, easy and gentle way to overcome the things that scare us most. Fears, anxieties, phobias, weight, smoking..... the list goes on and on.
A. The thing I love about my work is seeing the transformation of an individual from when they walk into my office to when they are walking out. The positive changes that come out of such a short time frame. I love to work with the unconscious mind and find it fascinating all the amazing things that can happen when people are ready to make a change.
A. What is Hypnosis like?
It is a trance state characterized by extreme suggestibility, relaxation and heightened imagination.
Hypnosis has been compared to sleep but it's not really like sleep, because the subject is alert the whole time.
It is more accurately compared to daydreaming, or the feeling of "losing yourself" in a book or movie.
You are fully conscious, but you tune out most of the stimuli around you. Your focus is on the subject at hand, to the near exclusion of any other thought.
