Jake's Landscape Maintenance is a full-service landscape maintenance company providing excellent, professional, reliable and affordable service throughout the Washington County area.

We specialize in weekly full maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. This is a 12-month, year-round package that is paid monthly. You don't have to call and make appointments. We follow the schedule, same day every week. There is no contract to sign for residential properties; our good work will warrant your continued business.

The following are the service packages we provide:

1. MOW & GO package (seasonal service)
* mow and edge all turfs
* blow off all turfs and hardscapes
* remove all grass clippings

2. TURF & BED package (weekly year round service)
* all of the above +
* weeding
* raking
* cleaning
* detailing of all beds
* weed control in turf & beds
* fertilize all turfs 4-5 times a year or as needed (moss control included)
* trim perennials in beds as they die back
* remove all leaves and debris off the property

3. FULL MAINTENANCE package (weekly year round service)
* all of the above +
* pruning and trimming of all shrubs, hedges, bushes and plants as needed (up to 10', no fruit trees)
* complete landscape maintenance of all property

Our one-time services include the following:

* Mowing
* Edging
* Weeding
* Fall clean up
* Spring clean up
* Bark, rock, soil, Etc deliver/install
* Pruning, trimming and shaping
* Removal of small trees
* Removal of unwanted plants, shrubs, bushes, Etc.
* Fertilizing, moss control, seeding and much more!

  Robyn Carradine, of Robyn's Nest Property Management, referred me to Jake's Landscape Maintenance. He came over to get details on what I wanted done and the finished look I wanted.   For the past year Jake has been handling the landscape maintenance of several of our west side properties. We are a property management company and we don't have time to chase landscapers, wonder if their charges are correct and worry about whether they show up and do a good job.
  
  Jake is extremely dependable, ALWAYS shows up and does his best to work with and around our tenants.

  I have been using Jake for a short while now. He and his crew are very professional and always on time. The work is always great and very affordable. I will continue to use his company and would recommend to anyone looking for a landscaping company. My neighbors have even requested his service. I'm so glad I found him, I'm knew to the Oregon area and wasn't sure if I would find a good company to care for my lawn. Jake is the best, no questions about it!
