Katie is a skilled and creative trainer. She has the technical knowledge and the experience to design specific exercises and routines to address specific issues. Katie is fantastic! Even though I have only been working with her for a month, I look forward to our sessions each week. Katie is VERY creative and always changing up the routine. Katie is professional and punctual and always offers encouragement throughout each session. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the workouts and having proper form while keeping safety a priority. She has awesome energy and will keep you going, especially when needing that extra push! Looking forward to continuing my training with Katie, totally worth it!

I had hit a low point in my life both physically & mentally. I needed to make changes in my life; eat healthier & exercise and I knew I couldn’t do it alone. Enter bubbly, friendly Katie; she has helped me on my road to achieving all my goals. She has helped me by purging out the junk food, restocking with healthy whole foods, teaching me to plan out and cook healthy yet delicious meals. As a trainer, she encouraged my desire to start slow and build up a maintainable exercise habit. I have been working out with Katie, at Intrinsic Training, 3 times a week for 60 minutes. Every session contains multiple workouts and routines. No two sessions are the same. The exercises are designed to work multiple areas at the same time, and she knows how to modify the movements to increase/decrease difficulty. Overall, she is encouraging not only with her words but her random dancing and zeal for climbing & swinging like a monkey. She constantly pushes me to give it my all and not cheat myself. I'm approaching 6 months working with Katie and while the scale says I have lost 45 pounds the foremost effect is the change in the way I feel. I am so much healthier and stronger on the inside. I have more energy, a greater desire to do the things I love and drive to pursue what sets my soul on fire. Thanks in no small part to Katie.
