- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very simple, we bill by the hour and add expenses as approved by our clients. All work is done by a scope document and is preapproved prior to being started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team begins by mapping out a comprehensive report on the company so that we can see the big picture and assess any problematic areas. To help guide our identification of areas of concern, we use our own proprietary consulting methodology: BIZVision. This process takes a refined, holistic view on the integration of people, process, and technology. We seek to understand not just the operational components of how a business is managed, but also the unique company culture and how that culture was created and matured. We consider the intricacies that make the entire team tick, and how they use any structure provided to accomplish the goal of the organization. BIZVision will identify gaps in process or technology, as well as conflict within the system, including human conflict. Essentially, this is our way of truly understanding our client's goals, visions, structures, traction, finance, and marketing. Once we complete this process, we deliver a report of our findings with an action plan. These items are then reviewed with the client for them to make decisions on how to best move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems, a BSBA in Accounting, and I am a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt Consultant. Additionally, I attend numerous educational seminars annually and I read daily.
