Miguel was very courteous and professional and had a positive attitude. He gave great ideas and also noticed other problems with my roof and gutters with his keen eye. I also liked that we can speak in Spanish and talk about the Yucatán. Please they did a good cleanup of all the gunk they had removed when they removed the chimney. Three different projects happened. 1. First was the removal of an old chimney to solve a leaking problem and simplify that roof area. 2. The removal of skylights to also solve leaking problems and unnecessary heat. 3. The installation of a solar fan that sucks out the air from the attic to cool the house more during these newly hot summers.
