I have been practicing massage for over 9 years. I graduated from East-West College of the Healing Arts with 735 hours of massage training. I have training in sports, deep tissue and Swedish massage, as well as Myofascial massage. I do not perform one type of massage over another, but rather, I use whatever modality that I know will help to relax the area that I am working on. I would consider my style of massage to be a medley of the techniques listed above.
