I believe training should be fun, exciting and rewarding, and I aim to bring out the positive attitude in my clients. I will work with you to create a specialized program that can best utilize your strengths in obtaining your lifetime fitness goals.

I have experience with severely obese people with optimal success. I also have experience with high school athletes as well as injured contractors/laborers.
