Introduction: Are you a busy executive or working professional, with not quite enough time in the day to squeeze in the benefits of yoga/mindfulness/meditation/positive affirmations? Want to minimize stress levels and maximize your potential quality of life? As a certified 🧘‍♀️ Yoga Instructor, I share experience in Beginner Yoga and slower beginner Yoga 🙌 approaches. I create personalized experiences for individuals. My private sessions focus less on covering material and more about uncovering personal understanding. I help you focus on Self-Improvement and Empowerment through yoga-based methodology of Breath, Energy and Meditation. Join me in my private studio/office with a personal entrance in my home, which includes a heated yoga room, custom cushioned flooring and private restroom. There is ample parking on premise. Yoga Mats, props, blocks all provided. Sessions begin at 50 min/$100 Types of Sessions: Basic Yoga - Learn poses and techniques one-on-one Balance Poses - Focus on tips for increased confidence Yogic Breath Work - Seated, session all about breathing (pranayama) Self-Inventory - Reflection of current behaviors and tendencies Aromatherapy- Meditation through essential oils

The studio is beautiful, and very comfortable. It has mirrors all around and a great padded floor, so you can be very sure of your positions and movement. My instructor Jenny was knowledgeable and I always felt like she understood and guided me through what I needed. She was supportive and kind. I would go there every day if I could.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
~Multi-session packages are available after completion of first session. ~Tips are appreciated, but not expected. ~Extended sessions or are also available upon request, in order to combine several experiences back-to-back, or enjoy a longer practice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When assessing the needs of a new client, I will first meet briefly over Zoom to establish the goals and client expectations for our session. We'll discuss how success will be measured, as every client relationship will be different and unique. I am aware that client needs vary, and I'll ensure we are aligned in our intentions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Yoga Teacher Certified, and I've worked closely for many years with executive level trainings and retreats. I'm aware of the importance of balance and vision in all areas of the mind and body, and the potential growth that happens when those aspects align.
