- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is individually quoted. Quotes are free and we charge no trip fee to provide the quote. The quote goes into writing and it is a fixed quote for 30 days. There's no obligation. No pressure - you have plenty of time to make up your mind, get additional quotes as needed, or call us with questions. We can't always immediately answer the phone, but we do faithfully return calls, so please leave us a message if you call after hours or if we are unable to immediately pick-up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with the idea that the customer is the boss. They tell us what they want done and we repeat back to them what they expect us to do to make sure we understand. A step by step description of what we will do is provided in our quote with line-items so our customers can decide what they want done, and what they don't want done. When the work is complete we review the work with them to confirm satisfaction and then we present the bill, which mirrors our quote - no unpleasant surprises.
