I needed a privacy fence put up in backyard, so I contacted Luis for it. When he came by for a consultation (same day I messaged him, too!) I also showed him the hedge trimming and major work that needed to be done on some privacy/perimeter plants. When 3 other companies told me they couldn’t do it (that I would likely need an arborist, or have to wait many months for someone to be available), he literally got a start on it that day. I was so impressed with how intelligently he thought out each section of work in my backyard - as it’s a small, tricky area that needed to be done carefully, and in specific order. He approached it far better than anyone else I had looking at it, and he did it quickly - for a great price. I would hire him again with no hesitation!

Luis Landscape Maintenance was a pleasure to work with. They provided extremely quick responses to all my queries and showed up to get the work done exactly when they said they would. My project was to paint and stain a fence and deck, and we scheduled it to start in mid-September. Even though it started raining the day they were supposed to start the project, they came by when they said they would and explained to me why it was in my best interest to postpone the project because of the rain. But if I had wanted to continue anyway, I am certain they would have done so. As it was, I agreed with them on holding off until there were several dry days, and the results were just as I had hoped. We were in the process of moving while they were doing the work, putting in 10-12 hour days moving and cleaning the house. Luis Landscape was on the property working before we got there, and generally was still there after we left. It was a big project, but they pushed through to get it done by the deadline I needed it done as well as before more rains came. I put out several bids for estimates on the project, but next time, I will hire Luis Landscape Maintenance without bothering with checking out the others.

The prices vary depending on how big or how small the job is we may not be the cheapest but we assure you that we do quality work!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So for first time customers I like to physically go out and check out the job out because there you can ask any questions that the customer might not over the phone and from there we moved forward! All this without a charge we do FREE ESTIMATIONS!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of experience in plants pruning and laying bark dust fences sod.
