Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure they have valid references and a business license. Ask for cost of services upfront. Get an estimated completion time before you agree to any services.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Keeping your computer running good is like keeping maintenance on your vehicle. Your computer's performance will decrease over time without proper tuning and cleaning of the operating system.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How much will this cost?
How long have you been in business?
What is your training background?
Who are your references?

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Being able to help people with computer problems. Getting our clients back to computing faster than expected. Downtime just adds to the frustration.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. When I started fixing issues the IT "experts" couldn't. Family and friends always told me I should be doing this. I finally listened.
