A. When looking for a provider or rater, make sure you have one who is connecting all the dots. Many clients will find the energy audit space confusing and expensive but that is because they are not working with the proper company.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Dont believe the hype. If a product or service requires a lot of hype look closely at the information. A third party energy rater will never try to sell you a specific product but will give you a report showing you what will have the greatest return on investment. If they are selling a specific service than you are receiving a sales pitch not an informational report.

A. Are you compensated in ant way from the company who will be performing the repairs or services you recommend?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Buyers should be ready to benefit by being more energy efficient. People choose to have their homes rated for many reason, but the most common is because they want to save money and take advantage of incentives or they want to sell their home faster.
