"My name is Trista Bies, I purchased Fathead's Pit Smoke BBQ in 2011 from a dear friend of mine who stared it in 2001. Since then I have been catering, vending and running my roadside bbq stand and getting a chance to love my job..

We are a full-service catering business offering homemade from scratch authentic Pit Smoked BBQ. I use cherry Wood, Apple, and madrone for some heat.

We cater wedding, reunions, corporate meeting, birthdays and every other event. We have also vended for Clackamas County Sheriffs Posse, bull riding events, Clackamas County Training Events, and festivals.

We also for the smaller have pick-up platters and sides.

A. What type of ingredients are used in the food? Are there preservatives in the things you make?

A. Always make sure that you are clear on your budget, don't leave room for extra charges to be added on in the end to catch you off guard. Always check out there place of business make sure that this person is going to listen to what your needs are and they can meet your needs for your event.
