- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have first time customer discounts, senior citizens discounts, and student and last but not least active military and veterans get a discount offer. Don't forget to ask to see what you may qualify for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls for a quote; then typically reserves a time and date to utilize our services. Then we meet at the designated location and time as agreed upon. we execute the task at hand and then, we assemble the necessary furniture and hang any pictures mirrors, or, ect. Then when our service have been met. then we speak to the customer; who then pays us for the hours and, or any accommodations agreed to during our original bid. We give our gratitude for the business opportunity and hopefully we will continue to be considered for any future business opportunities with that client. typically we would like to leave a business card with the happy customer.
