Andromeda cleaning did a TERRIBLE job cleaning my home, had a bad attitude, were unprofessional and made excuses for everything. At a higher price point than comparable cleaning services in the Portland area, they are NOT worth it. The owner called me 45 min before my scheduled appt to ask if they could come sooner since they finished their last job early - I agreed and they arrived early only to rush me to start the clock. Their initial attitude upon arriving was very negative - telling me that they probably won't be able to do everything I'm asking for in the given amount of time. I said they could do as much as they could and prioritized what I wanted done first. The crew worked very slowly and was barely able to finish the minimum of what I asked. What they did clean, they cleaned very poorly. The bathroom sink/tub/toilets look like they were only sprayed and wiped - none of the soap scum or residue was removed. When asked why, she made excuses about them using natural cleaners (which require more elbow grease). I asked the owner to follow me into the bathroom where I physically picked up a sponge and wet it just with water and rubbed a spot and it came right off. This tells me that she didn't even apply any pressure whatsoever. The owner was on her CELL PHONE WHILE cleaning. Completely unprofessional! If you need to conduct administrative business you shouldn't be doing it on the job! if it was so urgent, you could've used the extra time in between appts to make those calls instead of trying to do both at the same time while barely cleaning my bathroom. I'm paying for this time! Kitchen wasn't cleaned at all. Counters were wiped down, but the sink/ handles/water spout still had water marks on them. Floors were vacuumed and mopped, but not to any of the edges or corners. After they left, I found a long strip of flooring by the wall that still had a layer of dust on it. I bought my concerns about the poor cleaning job and the owner didn't try to do anything to rectify the situation. She just gave me EXCUSES. I would NOT recommend this company at all. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, have POOR WORK ETHIC, watching the clock working very SLOWLY waiting for time to expire instead of focusing on completing the task at hand. The other 2 women working with the owner were very sweet and polite. They follow the pace of their leadership, so I don't blame them for this experience. The owner is responsible.

Very kind. Love the after clean walk throughs. My house is always left spotless and smelling good :) Very pleased with how well they did. They made sure to cover everything I asked. Will be scheduling again!

To make sure to ask questions and to ensure that you are letting the cleaner know the details of the job fully, that way the price does not change once we get there and see that the job entails more then originally thought.
