CleanSpace is an affordable, high-quality, and locally owned housecleaning company. We are two good friends who actually enjoy cleaning.

Combined, we have 5 years of professional cleaning experience, and we know all the tricks to get your home clean and shiny in a timely manner.

Because of our experience, we know to use only the best cleaning products and equipment, including non-toxic cleansers that will never damage any surface or leave behind chemical fumes or smells, as well as a top-of-the-line vacuum that will clean your home spotless, while reducing airborne allergens. It is a wonder at removing pet hair too!

Since we always work in a team of two, we can clean your house quickly, making our visits convenient to your busy schedule. After the initial clean, most homes only take 2 hours to clean from top to bottom!

    Clean Space PDX exceeded my expectations! They did an amazing job--and cleaned my home the way I would have if I had the time. The care they showed really amazes me, and the fact that they use safer cleaning products is really nice, too.

    They were professional and efficient. They were very polite and considerate. We will definitely be having them back on a regular basis. My wife is pregnant and the last three months will make it hard to manage our apartment as were the first three. They even brought an herbal tea for my wife.
    This is a great service and I would recommend it to anyone.

    Leslie and Ruthie do an exceptional job. I agree with all of the other testimonials. What separates these folks is that they actually like cleaning. When Ruthie first took on my kitchen she touched areas that I didn't know existed. She told me that she was a little obsessed by her work. Both must be obsessed with their work given that my house sparkles when I come home after they have worked. Their personalities are a bonus. If you are looking for the best you will find it if you hire Clean Space.

    “I hired Leslie and Ruthie for weekly housekeeping in February 2011. Their work has been exceptional. After the very first cleaning, my home was cleaner than it had probably ever been in the nine years I've lived there. And I found multiple things, e.g. my stovetop, that they had gotten spotless that I had been trying to get clean myself for some time with much less impressive results.

A. Our most common types of jobs are for working families. Its hard to work and run a family and keep your home clean! We are here to help.
We also service offices and rental properties including move ins and move outs.

A. Our advice to customers looking to hire a cleaning service is to call or email with your specific needs. Any great housecleaning service should be able to create a cleaning around those needs. Ask about the level of detailed cleaning for your first visit. If you have not had a cleaning service before, years of dust and dirt can build up that need to be removed so your home is prepared for regular service. This will save you money on future visits and give your home a fresh feeling every time.
Look for a company that is privately owned, so you know you will have the same people visiting your home every time. This is important to establish trust and a warm interaction with those you are letting in your home. A service that provides all their own equipment and products is important as well. CleanSpace knows how to use their own products safely, ensuring your surfaces will never be damaged by improper use.

A. We often get asked what our routine for cleaning is. Since CleanSpace has 5 years professional cleaning experience, we have created a routine that cleans your home from cobwebs to floor mopping in the most time effective way possible making our service convenient to your busy schedule. Each clean we leave a checklist outlining this routine with a section for you to comment on customizing your cleanings. Or, we can stick to our routine without you needing to think about what you want done and you will know your house will be clean from top to bottom.
We also get asked what our rates are. Our rates are 30.00 per hour per person and we always work in a team of two. ($60.00 per hour with two people cleaning) Our two person team means less time spent at your house, and more hands cleaning! At our first visit we clean every detail, even the cracks between your stove and countertop! This ensures that our next visit will take less time and money, while keeping your home at a superb level of cleanliness. After our first visit, we will know how long each clean will take and give you a set time and rate making our visits convenient for your budget.
