I specialize in horses, camelids and other farm animals; dogs, cats and other household pets. I also offer limited dog boarding and doggy daycare in my home.
Let me feed, medicate, clean up after, play with and exercise your pets. I will also reinforce your training at your instruction. Their safety and your security are my primary concerns.
I design a contract to suit your needs—one or more daily visits or combined overnight pet/house sitting. Ask about my concierge service, too!

I was surprised to discover a real professional in Farmyard2Feline Pet Sitting Services! Little did I know that this is a business that so many people do, but after a thorough selection process, I found Martha with Farmyard2Feline to be the best candidate for my needs.
She clearly takes her client's needs seriously, interacts comfortably with animals, and her attitude is a comforting blend of hard work and humor... doesn't that describe someone who enjoys their job?
Upon my return, it was clear that even my fussy, spoiled horses and alpacas were relaxed and had been lovingly cared for!

Martha has always done a fine job with our pets. We've had her come over two or three times a day to check on our house while we're gone, and we have had a variety of animals - parrots, livestock, chickens, dogs and cats, and even a large tropical fish raising operation for a time. She is reliable and trustworthy.

Farmyard2Feline Pet Sitting Services (Martha) provides outstanding pet services. My inside cats are family - and I'm not embarrassed to admit - the most spoiled in the world! Their health and happiness is priority number one - even with my job that requires frequent travel - and it was Martha that kept them - and me - spoiled and content for over 4 years. Pet care was always priority number one, but Martha would also do little things that would spoil me to - tasks that would make my homecoming just a bit easier - went above and beyond - and reinforced her philosophy of 'service excellence'. Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I were searching for someone to care for my animals, I would want to know their personal experiences with the types of animals I own. I would want to engage them in conversation to get to know them, see if their personality would mesh well with mine and my animals...
I would like prospective clients to know that watching a sitter interact with your animals is key to determining if you will be comfortable leaving your pets in their care.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Be thinking about what type of care will suit you and your pets. Do they need 1 or 2 visits a day? Would they - and you - be more comfortable with someone staying in your home overnight? Some dogs do better in a family boarding environment, would that suit your dog best?
Check out some pet sitting websites, get an idea for the "going rate" for services (recognizing that each situation is different, therefore costs will vary). Understand the value of the experience and responsibility you're looking for, and that your pet deserves!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I am a mature adult, this is my full time business, so I do not have to schedule clients around another job.

A. Pet and Livestock owners need to know that professional pet sitting has a value. While the kid next door may be eager to give your dog a walk while you are at work, he or she may not have the maturity, experience or knowledge to evaluate a situation for risk, to notice if your pet is behaving oddly, or to know how to respond in an emergency. Or maybe he gets distracted and forgets to tend to your pet....
Most of us grew up in an era when neighbors helped neighbors with things like pet care when one was on vacation. Times have changed; we don't always have neighbors we are close to, or who we want to burden with our chores. Hiring a professional pet sitter-one for whom pet sitting is a JOB, not a sideline- is worth the cost.
