- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the work is based upon an hourly pay schedule. However, there are times when a business has circumstances in which it needs have a tailored pay schedule. Whatever, the situation, we can and will work with you. We understand the ups and downs of being a small business owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was working through college as I was going to Rochester Institute of Technology on a work study program. I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, BFA but a love for computers. My work study work all happen to be computer labs. Bausch & Lomb, Eastman Kodak, Gannett Labs, all have sculpted my love for computers. With a deep and extensive understanding of software and hardware, I am simply a computer geek at heart. I have watched the stages of the internet from Mosiac and Netscape to AOL and when we still called it the World Wide Web. I begin coding on my first computer Radioshack TRS-80 back in 1986. Then came the Commodore 64. Later came the Apple Computers - SE, Centris 610, Quadra 800 and then the G-3/4/5. I currently run on a Windows platform.
