Yesterday in my house’s garage, a copper water pipe bursted due to the ice storm. The water had to be shutdown. I scrambled to get a plumber in hope to get the pipe repaired and turn the water back on. I contacted a few plumbers. Due to icy road conditions, no plumbers could be certain to make it, except 3point Handyman Services. 3point Handyman Services already out servicing others with bursted pipes. With a few people ahead of me, I was glad that they promised to repair and turn the water back on the same day. 3point Handyman Services delivered the promise. The bursted pipe repaired and the water was back on by later afternoon the same day. Through out the process, 3point Handyman Services was courteous and always reachable. I texted the bursted pipe and received the estimate which was reasonable. I was notified with the projected arrival time as they worked through their customer’s queue. Once arrived, The repair work was done efficiently and effectively. I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend 3point Handyman Services for anyone in need of reliable and professional plumbing services.
