BSA is a small firm engaged in a wide variety of project types, ranging from small additions to large housing projects.
Multifamily condominium developments, mixed use buildings, house moves, new homes and additions currently comprise the bulk of the practice. A variety of commercial and institutional projects round out the mix.
Brett is a LEED accredited sustainability professional. His associate Beth Stanton has a specialty in sustainable interiors. We endeavor to employ green design practices to the greatest extent practicable.

A. I approach each new project as a unique opportunity to satisfy my client's needs. I have no preconceived notions or designs that I am trying to bring to a project. Giving my clients what they need and more, and seeing them satisfied, is my primary concern.

Brett Schulz came up with excellent architectural design solutions with our home remodel. The project included a new kitchen, and an addition to increase the size of the master bedroom (including a porch/deck) and master bathroom. Every detail, including correct size and location of windows, light switches and fixtures, sloped deck to facilitate drainage, and an unobstructed view with the roof covering the new porch/deck was well planned. I highly recommend his services.
