Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I make things as fun as possible. I know very much that most people do not like to workout. I am a part of the crazy minority that does like it but I know that most people find it boring, hard and not worth the hassle. That is why most people dont stick to workout plans, they get bored and just stop. It is my job and goal to make sure your workout is not something you dread or do because you have to.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. By far the people. Losing weight or reaching a fitness goal is very personal and I get to share that with my clients. I am honored to help guide them to becoming the them they want to be. Plus having fun and being around all the different personalities is very enjoyable and keeps me coming back every day.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Most people ask the question that everyone thinks. "Can I really do this?" And my answer is a profound YES. People who have tried "every diet" and done "every workout" get discouraged because nothing has worked. People blame themselves thinking they have something wrong with them and thats why they failed to reach their goals. But in reality the programs failed not the individual. Everyone deserves to reach their goals and be the person they want to be, the question is are they willing to do what is necessary to reach them?
