Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Lose Weight - People of widely varying abilities and fitness levels regularly attend Fulcrum Bootcamp and achieve incredible results. In fact, we pride ourselves in our ability to “scale” workouts to fit a large spectrum of fitness levels.

Tone Up - Fulcrum Bootcamp workouts are designed to shred fat while building strength and ability. You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming stronger, fitter, and toned. On average you’ll drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress or pant sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30-60 days until you achieve your goal. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and “bloat” and increase confidence.

Improve Sports Performance - Fulcrum Matrix Programming provides the most full-body, full range of motion, well-planned workout system available in Portland and is an excellent compliment to any sports training regimen.
