A. I've been in the cleaning industry since 1991. I treat every customer as how I like to be treated, with respect and honesty. I alway's try to go above and beyond what people expect and deserve.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Taking something that looks ugly and not at it's best and making it look new again.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. can you do anything to make this better. I let people know I can almost alway's improve a situtation if it's possible. I will alway's let people know if a situtation has become to bad and then give them options.
