FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Are most common jobs are janitorial service, floor care, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning. Our janitorial services range from once per week service, to 5 times per week with an on site day porter, we can provide whatever service needed to meet the needs of the facility. Our commercial services (floor, carpets, and windows) range from monthly or weekly programs to as needed service as well.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hiring a cleaning company is complicated. Pay attention to the services they outline in their proposal and make sure all the details are there to maintain your facility. Ask about their personnel. Who will be in your building? Are they background checked? Who will train them? Who will supervise them? In addition to the services and employees also inquire about their company. How long have they been in business, who is their owner? Are they licensed, bonded, and insured? And always, always get references.
