Truly Affordable Computer Repair

PC Triage was started to address the simple fact that the retail chain computer repair departments are not in the business of repairing anything: they are designed to step you up to a NEW computer. Rarely is a computer beyond repair, but that’s not what they would have you believe.

If you are in the market for a new computer, that’s an entirely different thing, but if you need your computer to last for years to come, I am the person to call. I believe, going into it, that everything can be repaired. So if I say you need a different part, it may not need to be new. There are huge options for used computer parts, there is nothing wrong with them - in fact I guarantee used parts that I use.

I have 35 years working in retail, I know what service is - the service that used to be exclusive to the TV repair man. In a lot of ways my job is the same as the old TV repair man’s. I come to your home or business to work on the problem computer. If it needs more time or work than what can be handled in your home, I bring it into my state-of-the-art repair shop.

I recall the dreaded words of “I’m going to have to take it in to my shop” as a kid, and it was devastating to hear that, and as an adult, the computer is about the same. I can turn computers around in less than 24 hour in most cases.
