$25. for on-site and $50. per hour in-shop or on-site
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductions, Finding out about the problem; Get to know customers knowledge level by listening to what they say; Finding out about what they have tried to do already; Try to give an estimate if needed; If I am with a customer on-site then I try I keep them informed about where I am in the process of repair; Explain what was done and what their part is in maintaining the situation so it does not happen again.
