We do shower pans, custom-poured concrete in any size and shape.
Our prices start at $300.00 for a pan 30"x30" or smaller. Shower pans can be bid over the phone or by email.
We pour your pan at your job site. A concrete shower pan is made by first installing a 40 mil PVC liner on the shower floor and up the walls about 8". The next thing to do is install the ABS-adjustable mud-seal type drain, sealed to the liner. Now we pour a base of 3,000 PSI concrete topped off with a finished coat of concrete mortar. You are now ready to set your tile. This is an old, tried and trusted method of making a concrete shower pan.
This type of concrete pan has been known to last over 100 years! We have installed over 300 custom concrete shower pans and there was never a leak.
We can also remove your old shower stall or tub, reframe walls as needed and install the cement backer board on the walls. We can also do your tile job.
