Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Give yourself permission to meet several therapists before deciding on one. Listen to your intuition as you meet and interview them. Notice how you feel in their office, while talking with them. Finding the right fit with your therapist is essential for being able to do your work in therapy.
