Speak Your Heart Counseling

I offer a private practice setting in which adult clients can safely explore and work through their concerns, questions and issues in depth. My approach includes looking at the self, the family, and the larger society. Within that, I also encourage clients to reflect on physical factors which may affect them, such as nutrition, sleep and exercise. In addition to talk therapy, I offer tools such as desensitization, role play, relaxation, and meditation. I offer an initial consultation at no cost. I am compassionate and experienced.
