I provide mental health counseling for individuals and couples. Relationship counseling can often help to improve understanding and communication between partners. This can often begin to happen very quickly, even after only a few sessions.
Individual counseling can you help to increase self-awareness, work on managing and reducing anxiety, and promote healing from old or more recent traumas.
