Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Delivering electronic equipment to and from the customers. Delivering parts and pieces and supplies to job sites. Developing routes and courier services for companies.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Do they have good credentials? Do they want the work? Do they treat each customer with respect?
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. We personalize each of our shipments. We charge by the mile and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers!@
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Where do you want the delivery made? What are the dimensions? When do you want the delivery to arrive?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We take pride in offering excellent customer service and providing precise delivery fitting the customer's needs. When a delivery is needed for a customer, we drop everything so that they don't have to!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like being able to deliver the customer's order in the best posible time frame so that the customer says: "Wow"
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What kinds of things do you deliver?...We deliver it all! When can it be there?...When do you need it there?
How much is it going to cost?...We charge by the mile.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. We had to get a piece of hospital equipment to a Children's Hospital in Los Angeles in 20 hours in the dead of winter. It was our first big run. We made it to the hospital with 12 minutes to spare! We felt so good about that - like we actually made a difference...
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That we take pride in our delivery services. That each of our drivers have the that pride in their work and their time with you, the customer.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I was in the hotel business for years, and enjoy being there for the customer...this is just another form of customer service!
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. I have a customer in Sandy OR. He had to have some parts to complete his job, but had no way of getting the parts from Oregon City to Sandy in time to complete. He called me, and as luck would have it, I was already 1/2 way to Oregon City. I was able to complete the delivery with more than enough time for him to complete his job! We call that the luck of the Irish!
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I try to stay informed or rules and regulations of the industry. I read the paper every day to keep up with the growth of businesses. My customer is who is important.
