Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Small group tours to Europe are very specialized. They can offer so much more than large group tours can. Being one of only a few Certified Tour Operators through Switzerland Tourism here in the nation we are proud of the high quality tour we are able to offer to you. Our extensive knowledge and experience in Switzerland brings you the absolute best of the country!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Are there any unknown fees or taxes that will be assoiciated with a tour? What is the average group size of the tour? How much travel time will be spent on this vacation, ie buses and transfers?
Nobody wants to go all the way to Europe only to see from the window of a tour bus. Break free from the big tour companies and experience Europe with a small group tour provider. Not only do you gain more mobility and flexibilty you will also experience many sights that can not be reached with a large group. One other insider tip is to look into tour operators who offer flights included in the tour package, this generally does not mean from your home town. If you can talk to the actual tour operator over the phone and I am not talking about a telemarketer who knows nothing about the actual tour itself.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What type of vacation do you want? Is the tour operator certified through the country they showing? Can I contact the operator personally? What is included in the tour price? Is this a ground tour or is the flight included? What is the average size group on tour? What services are included in the tour?
