Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. First make sure that the contractor you are working with is licensed, bonded, and insured. Check references, associations, and make sure they are a reputable business/contractor you are dealing with. Get more than one estimate and ask questions about comparable bids that are abnormally lower or higher.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. A lot of companies play games with advertising by offering free pad or cheap/free labor. Compare the bottom line price (apples to apples). If it sounds good to be true? it is.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Professional and knowledgable sales team and installation crews. Mill direct pricing. Fast and freindly service. Free estimates.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping customers with their flooring or counter top projects. From design to install, seeing the project from start to finish is extremely rewarding.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What type of flooring is best for my project? Talking and taking the time with my customers to determine the right flooring options for their particular project.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. The Floor Store offers free, no obligation estimates so their are no surprises. We provide freindly, no hassel service and professional installation. We buy direct from the manufacture and buy in large volumes so you get the best price possible!

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Environmentally sensative & freindly flooring. One example is that most major carpet manufactures are producing carpet that can be 100 % recycled post consumer, in mills that are using alternative energy to operate.
