We are licensed, bonded, and insured in Oregon and Washington. We provide free estimates, REO estimates, and 24-hour roof leak repair.
Our company has been involved in and has been performing construction contracting for over 25 years in residential and multi-housing constructions, as well as remodeling throughout the Pacific Northwest.
We do all phases of service: planning and permitting and project management, and we provide skilled in-house supervisors, roofers, carpenters, siding and window installers, and painters. We handle excavations, basement and foundations, house lifting, home relocation moving, electrical work, plumbing, mechanical and solar weatherization, all interior finishing, and exterior garden and landscapes. We have crews to repair, remodel, renovate, or build your new project.
We have recently been involved in building accessory dwelling units to infill existing lots throughout the Portland area, where $8,000 to $16,000 of the city's system development charges have been waived for 3 years and where ADU's are built up to 3/4 the size of the average home square footage, but not exceeding 800 square feet. Since owners need large equity and, in many cases, cash to build the infill, that's nice savings, which can be spent on design, architecture, engineering, and permit fees.
We will do handyman services and buyer addendum agreement repairs. No job in residential is too small or too big! And our cleanup and winterization services are immaculate!

A. The others may do a job, but no body owns the job like we do! We take pride in our skills and when we do any job, the customer is grateful they hired us, not only for the craftsmanship and attention to details, but our professional and respectful approach, complete knowledge of our trades, and ability to keep the jobs organized, clean and complete when we leave your sites!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Our job is very gratifying from the saleof any size project, to the completion and clean up of the job. We want to feel that at the work days end, we accomplished and exceeded the goals and tasks to get to those goals.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Most customers treat us like family, and if not that close, we certainly have made a new friend. So with our obvious ability to trouble shoot and provide a fix or repair, even a new structure, they ask why we charge less than competitors, and most answers are,".... because we aren't going to retire off your project!"
