Freestone and their previous company theyre rebranding from (Amazigh Construction) have been excellent to work with. I am a luxury real estate broker in the Lake Oswego/West Linn and Portland areas, and theyve done a lot of work with the investor and portfolio management clients I represent. Our current properties range from $1.6-5M, and some are often high end rentals for transitional athletes (Portland Trail Blazers, Timbers); weve never had any complaints with the finishes or quality of work, and Freestone does everything we need in high-wear environments quickly and affordably. Their pay-at-close option is excellent for sellers who want to maximize resale value without deploying cash.
