Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I do alot of full kitchen and bathroom remodeling but I am becoming very well reviewed in the mobility challenged community also. It is not a niche I targeted but it's a small community and word travels. I will say however it is some of the most rewarding work I could imagine doing.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. Open up a small kitchen by removing an interior wall to make a large open kitchen / dining room.

Gut 80's bathroom and completely rebuild with all custom cabinetry, custom tile and heated floors.

Full home renovation to include 120sf addition for art studio. Home was opened up with tons of natural light to bring the beautiful exterior view into the home.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Do you homework, ask lots of questions, and trust you instincts. Any home remodel is a large investment and your contractor needs to recognize this investment and make you feel comfortable.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. How to do better research about contractors. There is alot of great information out there but most people don't know how to check the reputation of contractors.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We stand out because of our quality craftsmanship, customer service, and integrity. Most of our business comes from repeat customers.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I really enjoy being creative and working with great customers. Most of our work is referral so we enter a persons home with the expectation of adding to our client family.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What do you like about your job? I really enjoy the pride I get from completed projects. I also enjoy the relationships that I have developed with many of the families we serve.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. this summer we did a full home remodel. This included tearing out several internal walls and adding new support and beams to open the home up. A full kitchen and new living space was added through a nice sized addition. This was truly a showcase remodel.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Me and my staff are constantly doing continuing education. We have several certifications and feel that this is another area that separates us from our competition.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. Our greatest strengths are the amount of detail we put into pre-construction and design, our customer service, and our unmatched quality.
