A. How can we e competitive with large chains and huge companies that dominate so much of the market? If you can't match budgets with large competitors then I would suggest really focusing on a select portion of the market and narrow your efforts to more effectively and efficiently rather than try to reach everyone all the time. Ask yourself this: Would you rather market your business POORLY to everyone or REALLY WELL to one portion at a time? Of course, each kind of market is a little different and what works in California might not always work the same in Portland!
