Introduction: I am an interior designer and organizer specializing in people who are going through major life transitions like divorce, empty nesters and grieving the loss of a loved one. I support the emotional transition as much as the physical transformation. I have done many different household projects, from major renovations to redecorating, painting and reorganizing.
I'm happy to be there to listen to your concerns as well as take loads of things to be donated, help sort through things or decide what new elements need to be brought into the home. I truly believe that as we declutter our spaces we clear our minds, so I think talking about whatever comes up for my clients as we work is part of the process as much as any logistical steps we take.
I have been in the interior design world for many years, remodeling and decorating multiple spaces over the last twenty years, as well as working in the health and wellness industry. I have worked as an upholsterer and interior designer for the last four years and my formal education is in fine art. I love design of all kinds!

Audrey has wonderful taste and is so organized but the best part was definitely her patience and understanding with me as I sorted through my parents house, trying to figure out what to do with a life time of history and trying to honor their legacy. Audrey has completed multiple projects for me. Several rooms in my home and my office. The nesting therapy concept has been so helpful as I struggle in making choices, lack understanding of color, and get overwhelmed easily with all the things needed to complete a finished room. Nesting Therapy does it all as well as works with me to figure out what I like, what is functional and cost effective. For my office, I did not want to be involved in the process. Audrey sent me examples of furniture and colors. I like liked or disliked the images. After giving her a budget, she did it all. Ordered the furniture/rugs/art and put it together, painted the walls, and created a beautiful and calming space. In my home, she has guided me in organizational projects, picked color and painted multiple rooms, provided art pieces done by her and others, measured and found furniture that fits the space and vision. Nesting therapy has been amazing in creating a vision and following it through to the end.
