Testimonials:

"I've lost 60 pounds" –– Cynthia

"I've lost 5 dress sizes" –– Germaine

"I've been at Fierce Fitness for 4 months, and worked out 80 times. I've lost 25 pounds, went from a size 14-16 to a size 8-10.

Small class sizes, accountability, and both physical and mental support from the staff and owners sets Fierce Fitness apart from the other clubs. You will never work out harder, and have so much fun doing it."

Kickboxing fitness has been proven to be one of the best total body workouts you can find. However, there are many variations of kickboxing programs; most are only focused on low-impact aerobic activity, and do not actually teach you martial arts and kickboxing fighting techniques as part of the training.

While those programs can get your heart rate up, they certainly won’t teach you what it feels like to really kick or punch something, or even how to do it properly.

In Fierce Fitness Kickboxing, not only do you get a fantastic aerobic workout, you also build strong, toned muscles, strengthen bones, improve balance and coordination, and learn how to defend yourself using kicks, punches, elbows, and knees. That’s why we say, “It’s more than just fitness.”

At Fierce Fitness, we know how important it is to stay motivated to workout. Our program is safe, effective, and most of all, fun.

We incorporate so many different types of exercises in our proven system, that it’s almost impossible to get bored! Most of all, anyone can do it, any level of fitness, any age.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Have a well defined vision and clear goals for your health and fitness. This will help you determine what support and services you need and to stay motivated. Be specific, for example: "to lose 30 pounds of fat," or "six-pack abs," or "lower my blood pressure by 20 points." Also be clear about why you want these results? How will you feel when you achieve them? Understand that is what you're really after!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There are a lot of programs out there that can achieve great results. Many you can order off the internet. Most of these only produce great results for a small percentage of the people who order them. Most people need the support of real professionals (trainers) and peers (work out buddies) to achieve their goals. It's a tough road going it alone, but it can be done. Finding the right environment for you can make all the difference whether you stay motivated and on track.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How will your services get me to my fitness goals?
What do you do to stay in shape?
Why are you in the fitness business?
What is your training philosophy and why is it more effective than weight training and running on the treadmill on my own?
What is your approach to weight loss? (if it's calorie restriction, run for the hills!)
