- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For people who are curious about coaching and want to start off with one private session, I charge $149 for 60 minutes of private coaching. My clients who see the best results typically work with me for 2-3 months to make the biggest impact on their lives. Monthly coaching offers a white-glove experience where you get access to me in between weekly coaching calls, resource recommendations based on personal needs, self-care and wellness tips, emotional support & validation, empowerment strategies, feedback, and more. Pricing for monthly coaching varies as it is customizable to each client's need for support. I do offer discounts on multi-month packages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of professional recruiting experience that compliments both my career and empowerment coaching services. I have 2 years of life coaching experience and look forward to growing my practice to help more people.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my podcast and coaching business two years ago and stepped into coaching full-time in 2023. My specialty is helping women navigate difficult life transitions- especially ones that involve healing from toxic partners, learning to set boundaries, reassessing family/friend relationships, gaining confidence, and building trust within themselves.
