Our primary clients are men, age 35-50, who are learning about self-awareness, and empowerment.

Owner Karen Monteverdi, CPC is our primary coach, we do however, have relationship with bodywork practitioners, business coaches, and alternative healing practitioners. To book a session please contact Karen, and she will set up an appointment in a location near you. We currently work out of three locations; Gresham, Beaverton and NE Portland.

We offer free podcasting, newsletter, and low cost workshops as well as our full price coaching services.
