Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We offer consultations if you are scared or nervous about chiropractic, acupuncture and/or massage. We are always happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. At one time, I was a customer! I did not realize all of the things a chiropractor can do. There are endless opportunities to include chiropractic care into your Health Goals. Chiropractic can help with many things such as the common cold or flu, acute and chronic pain, and also part of your wellness plan. We utilize many forms of treatment as well as traditional adjustments.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What services do you offer?
What techniques do you utilize in your care?
Do you offer a treatment plan?
Will my treatment plan change if I have a new injury?
Do you accept insurance and is your provider in network?
Do you accept Motor Vehicle Accident or Workers Compensation cases?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We are not the typical chiropractic office where you walk in, get adjusted, and leave. We take our time with each and every patient. We build a unique treatment plan to help you reach your wellness goals. We offer many forms of therapy to get you feeling 100%. We treat individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation, and most health insurance.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love my job because I am able to see the physical and emotional changes that occur from a patient not feeling the best they can to starting to feel better to complete health. You can see the pain in a persons face when they are not feeling well. However, when they leave here there is a certain brightness in their smile or their walk. It really makes me feel like my job is worth while!

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Recently, a patient came in with a cane, he could hardly walk with out pain. He was involved in a motor vehicle accident, and was unable to walk very well with out the cane. Prior to his accident, he had had back surgery, but do to the car accident it was intensified tremendously. After only a couple days, some extensive microcurrent, massage therapy and acupuncture his pain has subsided at least 60% if not more. Seeing this, I could hardly believe it myself and was also astonished that chiropractic care could help this much so quickly... and I am a chiropractor!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. All of the positions in our office REQUIRE continuing education in order to keep our licenses up to date. In addition, our therapists and doctors continually take extra courses and continuing education classes. We, also, hold regular clinic meetings in which we have a speaker and instructor for continuing education topics. We pride ourselves in the health based knowledge that we all have here.
