I offer integrative massage therapy, including deep tissue, craniosacral work and traditional Thai massage.

I have experience (since 2001) helping many clients with an extensive range of concerns, including headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ, sciatica, and much more.

I am nationally certified and licensed in Oregon (OBMT #14424) and have received training that far exceeds those standards.

Question and answer

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love seeing results! When people who experience pain and other discomforts recover and return to optimal health, I'm very happy, and honored to be a part of their process.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish more people knew how much Massage Therapy can benefit nearly every system in the human body and has been an integral part of medicine in many cultures for more than 5,000 years!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. The past few years, I've been studying Traditional Thai Massage at the Naga Center in Portland. I've received over 200 hours of classroom training in Thai Massage, totalling over 500 hours of CE since graduating massage school.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Only do it if you really want to! I believe that having personal practice such as Yoga or Thai Chi is essential to practicing bodywork effectively. If you're own body and mind are not healthy, you can't help someone else to be.
