Endorphins heal body-wide pain as hot stones and trigger points penetrate problem areas. The elongation of body cushion helps maintain renewed spinal length, while more than 10 years as a Reiki practitioner enriched my intuition.
Draping is required.
Deep work takes time, so I provide up to 15% extra minutes, including optional stretching consultation to help make changes permanent or as needed.

I had some serious tension in my neck & upper shoulders & Alexandra worked me in at the last minute & made it so much better in a relaxing setting. Under-appreciated girl in her own office by herself!
