Def very grateful for the session with Meg. Leading up to it there was a lot of realization of old programming that was causing resistance in moving forward in life. Meg def holds space to be vulnerable as she listens in a very authentic way. After the session I have observed, more control over thoughts and emotions leading to better actions. My awareness def feels at a higher level where I can humble ego with less resistance. I seem to be flowing with life in a more powerful energy.

10/10 Meg is hands down one of the most grounded, powerful facilitators I know. Her Intuition leads her exactly to the areas of my mind, body & spirit that need healing & I always leave feeling 100x better than when I arrived. Most recently I scheduled with Meg bc I had felt lethargic, uninspired & like my energy was spread in every which direction. Immediately after our session I felt grounded & relaxed. The day(s) that followed were filled with more inspiration to pursue my goals (energy that had been lost for months) & a feeling as though I had been renewed and replenished. Megan has such a beautiful energy, light, and way of reminding you of your own inner light and power. During her sessions, we used a variety of powerful healing techniques including sound healing, pranayama, mantras, mudras, reiki, and vinyasa yoga practice. It’s refreshing that she truly does care about her students and always offers ways to find your own inner voice through the practices. I would highly recommend working with her.

Megan is an incredible instructor. She truly takes the time to listen. From everything between injury history, helping me define my goals for what I wanted out of our sessions, and just listening to me vent about daily frustrations. She creates a very calm, welcoming, and happy environment that is exciting to be in every session. Can’t say enough great things about her.

I have been taking Megan's yoga classes since she was local in the LA area. I then turned to her for intuitive coaching and I can't say enough about how transformative and heart opening my experience has been because of her.
